摘  要:利用六西格玛管理模式和各种分析软件,对唐钢2号高炉生产及技术经济指标数据进行收集和整理,分析确定影响高炉燃料比的关键性因素,通过制定改进方案,并在生产中控制实行。实践表明,2024年5月燃料比较2023年平均值降低了12 kg/t,实现了降低高炉生铁成本的目标。Using Six Sigma management mode and various analysis software,data on production and technical and economic indicators of Tangshan Iron and Steel No.2 blast furnace were collected and organized.The key factors affecting the fuel ratio of the blast furnace were analyzed and determined.Improvement plans were formulated and controlled during production.Practice has shown that the fuel consumption in May 2024 decreased by 12 kg/t compared to the average value in 2023,achieving the goal of reducing the cost of pig iron in blast furnaces.
