摘  要:为解决长沙地铁2号线列车正线紧急制动不缓解故障导致的不必要晚点、清客及救援问题,文章研究长沙地铁2号线列车紧急制动施加原理和紧急制动回路,深入剖析其工作原理,查找列车紧急制动控制回路设计缺陷,提出了优化思路。通过在司机台操作面板上增加“安全回路旁路”旋钮,在继电器柜中增加“安全回路旁路”继电器、“紧急制动(备用)”继电器、“紧急停车(备用)”继电器来优化既有的紧急制动回路,确保列车在紧急情况下乘务人员可以通过“安全回路旁路”旋钮对其进行动车操作。为确保后续动车的安全,结合长沙地铁既有的规章文本对应急处置操作流程进行了优化,最终形成长沙地铁2号线列车紧急制动回路优化方案。此方案经验证安全可行,能够显著提升长沙地铁2号线的运营效率,为线路的高效运营提供了有力保障。To address the unexpected delay,passenger evacuation and rescue operations caused by the release failure of emergency brake system on vehicles for Changsha Metro Line 2,this paper targets the principle of emergency braking application and emergency braking circuit on vehicles for Changsha Metro Line 2,comprehensively analyzes its working principle,probes into design defects of the emergency braking control circuit of the train,and proposes optimization ideas for the emergency braking circuit.By adding a"safety circuit bypass"knob on the driver's console and adding"safety circuit bypass"relay,"emergency braking(backup)"relay,and"emergency stop(backup)"relay in the relay cabinet,the existing emergency braking circuit is optimized to ensure that the train crew can operate the"safety circuit bypass"knob to operate the train in emergency situations.To ensure the safety of the train operation after closing the"safety circuit bypass"knob,the emergency response operation process is optimized in consideration of the existing Changsha Metro Operation regulations.The final optimization plan for the emergency braking circuit on trains for Changsha Metro Line 2 is formulated.This plan proves safe and feasible,and can significantly improve the operational efficiency of Changsha Metro Line 2,providing a strong support for the efficient operation of the metro line.
