摘  要:在5500HP氨燃料动力拖轮项目的研发过程中发现,要确保氨燃料动力船舶安全稳定运行,必须配备合理有效的通风系统。结合氨燃料的特性,分析说明5500HP氨燃料动力拖轮通风系统的设计原则、关键参数、优化策略以及实施方法等。结果表明:该拖轮实施的一系列创新性的设计思路,如舱室个性化通风设计、强化通风安全措施、提升智能化监控等,在确保船舶及人员安全的同时,为氨动力拖轮的绿色航行提供了有力保障。研究成果可为氨燃料动力船舶的通风设计提供一定的技术支持和实践指导。During the research and development of the 5500HP ammonia fueled tugboat,it is found that reasonable and effective ventilation system must be equipped to ensure the safe and stable operation of the ammonia fueled ships.Based on the characteristics of ammonia fuel,the design principle,key parameters,optimization strategy and implementation method of ventilation system of 5500HP ammonia fuel powered tug are analyzed.The result shows that the innovative design methods applied on the tugboat,such as individualized ventilation design for rooms,improved ventilation safety measures,and enhanced intelligent monitoring,can ensure the safety of ships and crews and provide strong guarantee for the green navigation of the ammonia fueled tugboat.The achievement of this project can provide some technical support and practical guidance for the design of ammonia fueled ships.
