摘  要:本研究以婴幼儿配方奶粉、全脂乳粉及特殊医学用途婴儿无乳糖配方奶粉为研究对象,在标准方法GB5009.168-2016第二法的基础上进行方法优化。通过引入十一碳酸甘油三酯作为内标溶液,并对标准方法的前处理步骤进行改进:采用乙酰氯-甲醇反应生成的盐酸甲醇对样品中的脂肪和游离脂肪酸进行甲酯化处理,随后以正庚烷进行提取。经PC-2560毛细管色谱柱分离后,使用FID检测器进行检测,并采用内标法定量。方法学验证结果表明,优化后的方法线性相关系数大于0.999,正确度在90%-110%之间,精密度小于10%。该方法具有准确度高、精密度好、操作简便等优点,可同时实现婴幼儿配方乳粉和调制乳粉中脂肪酸与反式脂肪酸含量的有效检测。This study focuses on infant formula,full-fat milk powder,and special medical-purpose lactose-free infant formula asresearch subjects,and optimizes the method based on the second method of the national standard GB5009.168-2016.By introducing tricaprin as an internal standard solution and improving the pretreatment steps of the standard method:the fat and free fatty acids in the samples are methylated using hydrochloric acid methanol generated from the reaction of acetyl chloride and methanol,followed by extraction with n-heptane.After separation using a PC-2560 capillary chromatographic column,detection is performed with an FID detector,and quantification is achieved using the internal standard method.Method validation results show that the optimized method has a linear correlation coefficient greater than 0.999,accuracy ranging from 90%to 110%,and precision of less than 10%.This method offers advantages such as high accuracy,excellent precision,and simple operation,enabling the simultaneous and efficient detection of fatty acids and trans fatty acids in infant formula and modified milk powder.
