摘 要:随着人工智能等前沿科技加速开辟科学研究新疆域,围绕人工智能的科技创新已经成为国家战略博弈的主要战场。比较美国和日本发布的一系列关于人工智能国家战略的政策文件,分析其所蕴含的复杂世界的政治博弈、关涉发展的未来愿景和教育承载的国家使命,可以一窥发达国家以人工智能制霸比特社会、控制劳动场域和驱动认知意向的战略意图和政治本性。在人工智能时代和全面推进中国式现代化的战略关键期,未来教育要从国家哲学的上位视角深刻认识和辨析美日人工智能国家战略的政治意图和教育导向,深度聚焦人工智能战略愿景下的教育变革,以合乎人性的“主我”视角构建符合上层建筑意志的沉浸式教育场域,以兼顾体验和需求的“供给”服务推动未来教育实践场域的统筹协调,以科学和现实交融的创造力实现教育培养人的上位目标和变革旨归,持续深化数智赋能,奋力开拓教育强国建设新局面。With the acceleration of cutting-edge technologies such as artificial intelligence(AI)opening up new frontiers of scientific research,scientific and technological innovation around AI has become a major battle⁃ground for national strategic games.This paper compares a series of policy documents issued by the United States and Japan on the national strategy of AI,and analyzes the political game of the complex world,the future vision of development,and the national mission carried by education.Then,it explores the strategic intention and political nature of developed countries to dominate the bit society,control the labor field,and drive the cog⁃nitive intention by AI,are of important reference and revelation value.In the era of artificial intelligence and the strategic critical period of comprehensively promoting Chinese-style modernization,future education should deeply understand and analyze the political intention and educational orientation of the AI national strategies of the United States and Japan from the perspective of national philosophy,deeply focus on the educational chang⁃es under the strategic vision of AI,and build an immersive education that meets the will of the superstructure from the perspective of a humanistic“master self”.It will build an immersive educational field in accordance with the will of the superstructure from the perspective of the“master self”that is in line with human nature,promote the coordination of the future educational practice field with the“supply”service that takes into ac⁃count the experience and demand,and realize the superior goal and the purpose of change of education for cultivating human beings with the creativity that is the intermingling of science and reality,so as to continue to deep⁃en the empowerment of digital intelligence and make great efforts to open up new horizons in the construction of a strong educational nation.
