摘  要:乳腺癌作为女性多发肿瘤疾病之一,其复杂性、易复发性导致在临床治疗中存在较多并发症和不良反应,严重影响患者的生活质量甚至威胁生命安全。与放疗、化疗等西医治疗手段不同的是,中医药在乳腺癌术后并发症及不良反应后续康复中有独特的优势。本文对近年来中医药治疗乳腺癌术后并发症及不良反应相关临床研究进行综述,总结中医药在乳腺癌术后治疗过程中的意义,为未来中医药治疗乳腺癌提供经验和参考。Breast cancer,as one of the most common tumor diseases among women,has many complications and adverse reactions due to its complexity and easy recurrence,which seriously affects the quality of life of patients and even threatens the safety of their lives.Compared with western medical treatment such as radiotherapy and chemotherapy,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has unique advantages in the follow-up rehabilitation of postoperative complications and adverse reactions of breast cancer.This paper reviews the clinical studies related to postoperative complications and adverse reactions of breast cancer treated by TCM in recent years,summarizes the significance of TCM in the postoperative treatment of breast cancer,to provide experience and reference for the future treatment of breast cancer with TCM.
