摘　　要：目的探讨盐酸舍曲林片联合认知行为疗法治疗青少年抑郁症的效果。方法采用随机数字表法将张家港市第四人民医院2020年3月至2023年2月门诊接诊的90例青少年抑郁患者分为两组,每组45例。对照组给予盐酸舍曲林片,观察组在对照组基础上采用认知行为疗法,比较两组汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、症状自评量表(SCL-90)及自杀态度测评量表(QSA)评分。结果观察组治疗1、2、3个月的HAMD评分和SCL-90评分均低于对照组,QSA评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论盐酸舍曲林片联合认知行为疗法治疗青少年抑郁症可有效改善患者的抑郁情绪,缓解相关症状,改善患者对自杀的态度。Objective To explore the effect of Sertraline Hydrochloride Tablets combined with cognitive behavioral therapy in adolescent depression.Methods Ninety adolescent outpatients diagnosed with depression at Zhangjiagang Fourth People’s Hospital between March 2020 and February 2023 were enrolled.They were assigned using a random number table into two groups of 45.The control group received Sertraline Hydrochloride Tablets,while the observation group received cognitive behavioral therapy on the basis of control group.A comparative analysis of Hamilton depression scale(HAMD),symptom checklist 90(SCL-90),and suicide attitude questionnaire(QSA)scores was conducted between the two groups.Results The findings revealed that,at 1,2,and 3 months post-treatment,the observation group exhibited lower HAMD and SCL-90 scores,and higher QSA scores,than the control group,with all observed differences demonstrating statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Sertraline Hydrochloride Tablets combined with cognitive behavioral therapy in the treatment of adolescent depression can effectively improve the depressive mood of patients,alleviate related symptoms,and improve the patients’attitude towards suicide.
