摘　　要：目的探讨凝胶微创去龋技术治疗乳牙龋齿的临床效果。方法按照随机数字表法将2023年1月至2024年1月淄博市张店区第二人民医院收治的120例乳牙龋齿患儿分为对照组与试验组,每组各60例。对照组采用牙钻磨牙法治疗,试验组采用伢典凝胶微创去龋技术治疗,比较两组治疗效果、疼痛程度、牙齿相关指标。结果试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组疼痛程度比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组牙龈指数、牙菌斑指数以及牙周探诊深度均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论凝胶微创去龋技术治疗乳牙龋齿有较好的临床效果,能减轻疼痛感,减少牙出血和菌斑,值得推广。Objective To explore the clinical effect of gel minimally invasive caries removal technique in the treatment of dental caries in deciduous teeth.Methods According to the random number table method,120 children with dental caries admitted to the Second People’s Hospital of Zhangdian District in Zibo City from January 2023 to January 2024 were divided into control group and experimental group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with dental drill and molars,and the experimental group was treated with carisolv gel minimally invasive caries removal technique.The treatment effect,pain degree and tooth related indexes were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of experimental group was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The pain degree of experimental group was lower than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The gingival index,plaque index and periodontal probing depth of experimental group were better than those of control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The gel minimally invasive caries removal technique has good clinical effect on dental caries in deciduous teeth,which can relieve pain,reduce tooth bleeding and plaque,and is worth popularizing.
