摘 要:探索创业型企业员工创造力的来源和影响因素有助于帮助企业提高竞争力。根据资源保存理论,家庭角色对员工工作创造力可以产生显著影响。通过引入创造力认知的双路径模型,检验了员工家庭—工作资源外溢对员工创造力的影响机制。结果显示:家庭—工作资源外溢可以通过提高认知灵活性和认知持久性进而提升员工创造力;在信息通信技术情境下员工的认知灵活性可以更好地被家庭资源激发,但认知持久性则会被削弱。进一步研究发现,高工作正念的员工可以抵御信息通信技术使用对认知持久性的负面作用。研究结论为信息通信技术情境下创业企业员工创造力的家庭来源提供了一些新的见解。Exploring the sources and influencing factors of employee creativity in startup enterprises can help enterprises enhance their competitiveness.Building upon the work-family enrichment theory,it proposed that family roles have a significant impact on employees’creativity in the workplace.By introducing a dual-path model of creativity cognition,it investigated the influence mechanism of employees’family-to-work resource spillover on their creativity.The results show that family-to-work resource spillover enhances employees’creativity by improving cognitive flexibility and cognitive persistence.Furthermore,in the information and communication technology context,employees’cognitive flexibility is better stimulated by family resources,while cognitive persistence may be weakened.Further research reveals that employees with high workplace mindfulness counterbalance the adverse effects of information and communication technology utilization on cognitive persistence.It provides new insights into the influence of family resources on employees’creativity in the information and communication technology context.
