摘　　要：黑暗三联征(自恋、马基雅维利主义和精神病态)作为负面人格特质,会影响个体的创业决策,但是其在创业失败情境下的作用尚未得到充分探索。基于个人—环境匹配理论,探讨了具备黑暗三联征特质的创业者在创业失败之后是否愿意选择再次创业,以及行业竞争水平对该关系的调节作用。本文手工匹配了IT桔子死亡公司数据库、创业失败者新浪微博数据、天眼查和CSMAR4个数据库的数据信息,获得了523位经历过失败的创业者样本和50多万条微博文本内容。通过逻辑回归对理论模型进行检验发现:自恋和精神病态的创业者在创业失败后更愿意选择再次创业,但马基雅维利主义对再创业决策的影响不显著;所处行业竞争水平越高,精神病态对再创业决策的作用越强。研究结论深化了对负面人格特质在创业失败后再创业决策情境中所发挥作用的理解,为创业者、政策制定者提供实践启发。The dark triad,which encompasses narcissism,Machiavellianism,and psychopathy,represents negative personality traits that can influence individual entrepreneurial decisions.However,their specific role in entrepreneurial failure scenarios remains largely unexplored.It explored whether entrepreneurs with dark triad traits are willing to choose to start a business again after their entrepreneurial failure,and the moderating effect of industry competition level on this relationship,drawing upon the person-environment fit theory.It manually gathered data from four databases:the IT Juzi death database,Sina Weibo data of failed entrepreneurs,TianYanCha,and CSMAR,and obtained 523 samples of entrepreneurs who had experienced failure and more than 500000 Weibo text contents.Testing the theoretical model through logistic regression found that narcissistic and Psychopathy entrepreneurs were more willing to choose to start another business after failure,but the effect of Machiavellianism on the re-entry decision was not significant.The higher the level of competition in the industry they work in,the stronger the role of psychopathy on the re-entry decision.It deepens the understanding of the role of negative personality traits in re-entry decisionmaking scenarios after entrepreneurial failure and provides practical inspiration for entrepreneurs and policymakers.
