摘 要:海产品以其高蛋白、低脂肪成为健康膳食的重要组成部分,但由于环境破坏使水体重金属污染风险增加,其中镉是毒性最强的重金属之一,影响人类健康,因此建立海产品中镉的准确测定方法至关重要。对原子荧光光谱法测定海产品中镉的方法进行系统研究,得到最优化的测定条件为称样量0.5 g、前处理加酸量HNO_(3)∶HClO_(4)=7∶4(V/V)、前处理溶剂为载液;探讨了共存元素对镉元素测定的影响,发现Cu^(2+)对镉元素测定有较严重的光谱干扰,对硫脲、抗坏血酸、草酸、柠檬酸、酒石酸等掩蔽剂的应用效果进行研究,发现抗坏血酸(10 g/L)可有效抑制Cu^(2+)的干扰。所建立的方法在0.0~1.0 ng/mL线性关系良好,相关系数r>0.999,方法检出限为0.002 ng/mL,对大虾国家一级标准物质进行测定,结果与标准值相符。对典型海产品中镉含量进行分析,发现不同类型海产品中镉含量差别较大,梭子蟹、虾蛄等部分海产品存在镉超标情况,并且海产品中不同部位镉的富集情况不同。Seafood has become an important part of a healthy diet by its virtue of high protein and low fat,but the risk of heavy metal pollution in water bodies has been increased due to environmental damage.Cadmium is one of the most toxic heavy metals that affect human health,so it is crucial to establish an accurate method for the determination of cadmium in seafood.A systematic study on the determination of cadmium in seafood by atomic fluorescence spectrometry was carried out,and the optimal determination conditions were obtained.Weighing sample volume was 0.5 g,and the amount of acid added to the pretreatment was HNO_(3)∶HClO_(4)=7∶4(V/V).The pretreatment solvent was the carrier solution.The effects of coexisting elements on the determination of cadmium were explored,and it was found that Cu^(2+)had a more serious spectral interference on the determination of cadmium.The application effects of masking agents such as thiourea,ascorbic acid,oxalic acid,citric acid and tartaric acid were investigated,and it was found that ascorbic acid(10 g/L)could effectively reduce the interference of Cu^(2+).The established method showed good linearity in the concentration range of 0.0-1.0 ng/mL with the correlation coefficient r>0.999,and the detection limit of the method was 0.002 ng/mL.The standard material of prawns was determined,and the results were consistent with the standard values.Investigation and analysis of cadmium content in typical seafood were carried out,and it was found that the cadmium content in different types of seafood varied greatly.Some seafood such as pike crabs and leather shrimp had excessive cadmium,and different parts of seafood cadmium enrichment situation was different.
