重组人干扰素α-2b阴道泡腾胶囊联合保妇康栓在HPV感染患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨重组人干扰素α-2b阴道泡腾胶囊联合保妇康栓在人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年12月—2023年10月南平市第二医院接诊的108例HPV感染患者作为研究对象,采用随机数表法将其分为联合组(n=54)和对照组(n=54)。联合组给予重组人干扰素α-2b阴道泡腾胶囊联合保妇康栓治疗,对照组给予重组人干扰素α-2b阴道泡腾胶囊治疗。比较两组症状缓解时间、临床效果、HPV转阴率、疾病复发率及不良反应情况。结果:与对照组相比,联合组白带恢复正常时间、排尿恢复正常时间及病毒转阴时间更早,总有效率、HPV转阴率更高,疾病复发率更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组相比,联合组不良反应总发生率更高,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:相比单独应用重组人干扰素α-2b阴道泡腾胶囊,HPV感染患者联合应用重组人干扰素α-2b阴道泡腾胶囊和保妇康栓具有优势,白带恢复正常时间、排尿恢复正常时间及病毒转阴时间更早,临床效果总有效率、HPV转阴率更高,疾病复发率更低,且未明显增加不良反应。Objective:To investigate the application effect of Recombinant Human Interferonα-2b Vaginal Effervescent Capsules combined with Baofukang Suppositories in patients with human papillomavirus(HPV)infection.Method:A total of 108 patients with HPV infection who admitted to the Second Hospital of Nanping City from December 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the combined group(n=54)and the control group(n=54)by random number table method.The combined group was treated with Recombinant Human Interferonα-2b Vaginal Effervescent Capsules combined with Baofukang Suppositories,and the control group was treated with Recombinant Human Interferonα-2b Vaginal Effervescent Capsules.The symptom relief time,clinical effect,HPV negative rate,disease recurrence rate and adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Result:Compared with the control group,the recovery time of leucorrhea,recovery time of urination and negative conversion time of virus in the combined group were earlier,the total effective rate of clinical effect and negative conversion rate of HPV were higher,the recurrence rate of disease was lower,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);compared with the control group,the total incidence of adverse reactions in the combined group was higher,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Compared with the single application of Recombinant Human Interferonα-2b Vaginal Effervescent Capsules,the combined application of Recombinant Human Interferonα-2b Vaginal Effervescent Capsules and Baofukang Suppository in patients with HPV infection has advantages,the recovery time of leucorrhea,recovery time of urination and negative conversion time of virus are earlier,the total effective rate of clinical effect and negative conversion rate of HPV are higher,the recurrence rate of disease is lower,and the adverse reactions are not significantly increased.
