中西医结合联合疗法在Hp根除治疗中的研究进展

摘　　要：铋剂四联方案为现指南推荐的一线治疗方案,但随着幽门螺杆菌(Helicobacter pylori,Hp)对抗生素耐药性逐渐升高,且铋剂四联方案易产生一系列不良反应,导致根除率下降。《2022中国幽门螺杆菌感染治疗指南》中建议在铋剂四联方案低根除率地区或对难治性Hp感染患者采用中西医结合的治疗方案。本文通过文献检索的方式对中西医结合联合疗法在Hp根除治疗中的效果及安全性进行了总结,发现中西医结合联合疗法可作为一种安全、有效的Hp治疗方案在临床上推广应用。Bismuth quadruple regimen is the first-line treatment recommended by the current guidelines,however,as the resistance of Helicobacter pylori(Hp)to antibiotics gradually increases,and bismuth quadruple regimen is prone to produce a series of adverse reactions,resulting in a decline in eradication rate.In 2022 China Helicobacter Pylori Infection Treatment Guidelines,it is recommended to use a combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine in areas with low eradication rate of bismuth quadruple regimen or patients with refractory Hp infection.This paper summarized the efficacy and safety of combined therapy of integrated of traditional Chinese and western medicine in Hp eradication therapy by means of literature search,it is found that the combined therapy of integrated of traditional Chinese and western medicine can be used as a safe and effective treatment for Hp.
