化学拔尖计划学生的培养模式——中山大学化学“拔尖计划”毕业生的跟踪调查

摘　　要：介绍了中山大学化学学院“基础学科拔尖学生培养试验计划”项目的开展情况,通过对2015—2024届“拔尖计划1.0”与“拔尖计划2.0”毕业生的跟踪调查,分析了毕业生的入学前学科背景、本科在读期间的专业培养情况与毕业后的职业发展,并从重视选拔机制、创新培养模式、加强实验实践教学、推行全程科研训练以及深化国内外交流合作等5个方面,提出进一步推进化学拔尖学生培养的建议和举措。This article introduces the implementation of the“Experimental Plan for Training Top notch Students in Basic Disciplines”project at the School of Chemistry,Sun Yat-sen University.Through tracking and investigating the graduates of the“Top-notch Plan 1.0”and“Topnotch Plan 2.0”from 2015to 2024,the article analyzes the subject background before enrollment,the professional training situation during their studies,and their career development after graduation.Suggestions and measures are proposed to further promote the training of top students in chemistry from five aspects:emphasizing selection mechanisms,innovating training modes,strengthening experimental practice teaching,promoting full process scientific research training,and deepening domestic and international exchanges and cooperation.
