摘  要:清代罗福至不仅是一位有“独出手段”的湘籍医家,而且所撰写的《延龄纂要》也阐发了独特的养生治未病思想。他基于生命终始把养生之术分为培补元气以立基、动功以调畅经络气血及静功以全天年3个层次。重点阐述了培元气诸方法,尤其重视服食血肉之品;创编导引动功法,以通畅经络气血为要旨,并将内炼静功撮谷道法融于导引法之中;辑录诸内炼静功之法,推崇调养胎息和任督逆运二诀。LUO Fuzhi in the Qing Dynasty was not only a Hunan-born physician with"distinctive approaches",but also expounded unique thoughts on health preservation and preventing diseases in his work Yanling Zuanyao.Based on the beginning and end of life,he divided health preservation techniques into three levels:cultivating and supplementing Yuanqi to establish the foundation,Donggong to regulate the flow of Qi and blood in the meridians,and Jinggong to ensure a natural lifespan.He mainly elaborated on various methods of cultivating Yuanqi,especially emphasizing the ingestion of animal based foods.He created and compiled Daoyin Donggong,with the main purpose of regulating Qi and blood in the meridians,and integrated the internal meditation method of Cuogu Dao into the daoyin exercises.He also collected various methods of internal meditation method,highly praising two techniques of Tiaoyang Taixi and Rendu Niyun.
