摘　　要：推进普惠性托育服务的高质量发展是时代发展的必然选择。普惠托育服务是新时期强化民生保障的重要内容,推动普惠托育服务高质量发展将是江苏省实现民生保障走在前的重要突破口,是贯彻落实习近平总书记对江苏提出“四个走在前”重要指示精神的重要举措。为此,需要发挥政府的主导作用,强化普惠托育服务的支持保障;发挥社会力量的重要作用,增强普惠托育服务的供给能力;加强托育服务人才培养,提供高质量托育服务人才配备供给。It’s an inevitable choice for the development of the times to promote the high-quality development of public-interest childcare service.As an important part of strengthening people's livelihood security in the new era,public-interest childcare service is an important breakthrough for ensuring people’s livelihood to promote the high-quality development of public-interest childcare in Jiangsu province,and an important measure to carry out the important instructions of“Four Walk-ahead”which General Secretary Xi Jinping put forward to Jiangsu.Therefore,it is essential for the government to take a leading role in strengthening the support and guarantee of public-interest childcare service,giving play to the important role of social forces and enhance the supply capacity of public-interest childcare service,strengthening the training of childcare service personnel,and providing high-quality supply of childcare service personnel.
