摘  要:“赛教融合”是高等职业教育专业课程教学改革的趋势,有助于推进各专业“赛”“教”“学”之间的有机融合。在明确“赛教融合”意义的基础上,教学团队以教师教学能力比赛为契机,突出学生主体地位的教学设计,围绕育人目标,进行教学方法创新等一系列改革。“赛教融合”旨在培养学生的岗位技能,全面提高综合素质,促进人才培养的高质量、可持续发展。Integration of competition and teaching is a trend in the teaching reform of professional courses in higher vocational education,which promotes the organic integration between competition,teaching,and learning among various majors in universities.On the basis of clarifying its significance,the teaching team has taken the opportunity of teaching ability competition to carry out a series of reforms on the mechanical manufacturing technology course,highlighting the subjective status of students in teaching design and innovating teaching methods around educational goals.The aim is to cultivate students'job skills,comprehensively improve their overall abilities,and promote high-quality and sustainable development of talent cultivation.
