摘　　要：当前近视低龄化背景下,幼儿的视力保健开始受到社会各界的广泛关注,儿童近视防控关口亟待前移。幼儿园作为学前儿童日常生活与学习的主要场所,在幼儿视力保健工作中承担着重要责任。本文基于世界卫生组织提出的健康促进学校理论架构,以视力保健为切入点探讨幼儿园健康促进的管理模式,从支持性的幼儿园健康政策、视觉友好的环境、科学系统的健康教育活动、精准的视力检查服务和紧密的家-园-社合作关系五个方面构建全方位的健康促进网络体系,全面落实幼儿视力健康促进工作,共同为儿童全生命周期的视力健康保驾护航。The increasing prevalence of early-onset myopia has brought the vision health of young children to the forefront of societal concern,emphasizing the urgent need for effective prevention strategies.As primary settings for the daily activities and education of preschool children,kindergartens play a crucial role in promoting vision health.This study,guided by the World Health Organization’s Health Promoting School framework,investigated a kindergarten-based health promotion management model focused on vision care.It proposed a comprehensive vision health promotion network encompassing five key components:establishment of supportive health policies;development of vision-friendly environments;implementation of scientifically designed health education activities;delivery of precise vision health services,and strengthening collaboration among families,kindergartens,and communities.The model aimed to enhance vision health initiatives for young children,fostering lifelong visual well-being and addressing the challenges posed by early-onset myopia.
