摘 要:为了获得高精度和高时空分辨力的太阳辐射空间分布资料,利用贵州2018-03-01—2020-04-307个地面辐射站逐日太阳辐射资料,建立了基于支持向量机(support vector machine,SVM)方法的FY-4A反演总辐射值的订正模型。结果表明:订正前FY-4A反演总辐射与地面太阳辐射观测值差异较大,FY-4A反演辐射值总体偏高,两者的相关性显著;通过SVM回归订正模型对FY-4A地面太阳辐射进行订正后,两者的相关系数提高了0.047,平均绝对误差下降了50.00%,平均误差改善了87.49%,均方根误差下降了63.03%;订正后的离散程度减小,相关性明显增强。研究结果旨在让FY-4A地面太阳辐射资料更好地应用于农业区划、光伏发电和建筑设计等行业。In order to obtain high precision and high spatiotemporal resolution solar radiation spatial distribution data,a correction model for FY-4A inversion of total radiation values based on support vector machine(SVM)method was established using daily solar radiation data from seven ground radiation stations in Guizhou from March 1,2018 to April 30,2020.The results indicate that there is a significant difference between the pre correction FY-4A inversion total radiation and ground solar radiation observations,and the FY-4A inversion radiation values are generally higher,indicating a significant correlation between the two.After using SVM regression correction model to correct the ground solar radiation of FY-4A,the correlation coefficient between the two increased by 0.047,the average absolute error decreased by 50.00%,the average error improved by 87.49%,and the root mean square error decreased by 63.03%.The degree of dispersion after correction has decreased,and the correlation has significantly enhanced.The research results aim to better apply FY-4A ground solar radiation data to industries such as agricultural zoning,photovoltaic power generation,and building design.
