摘  要:通过激光干涉法对竖直玻璃管内的凝结液膜厚度进行动态测量。结果表明,当加热功率较小时,液膜厚度随着管径的增大而增加,液膜的不稳定性随之增强;当加热功率逐渐增大时,液膜厚度随之先增加后减小。管径比较小时,液膜厚度随着加热功率的增大逐渐变厚,波动的幅度也随之增大;管径比较大时,液膜厚度随着加热功率的增大呈现先增加后减小的变化规律。此外,当加热功率和管径相同时,纯水的液膜厚度比自来水的液膜厚度要厚。Dynamic measurement of condensate film thickness in vertical glass tube by laser interferometry.The results show that when the heating power is small,the thickness of the liquid film increases with the increase of the pipe diameter,and the instability of the liquid film increases accordingly;when the heating power increases gradually,the thickness of the liquid film first increases and then decreases.When the pipe diameter is relatively small,the thickness of the liquid film gradually thickens with the increase of the heating power,and the amplitude of the fluctuation also increases;when the pipe diameter is relatively large,the thickness of the liquid film increases first and then decreases with the increase of the heating power.change rules.In addition,when the heating power and pipe diameter are the same,the liquid film thickness of pure water is thicker than that of tap water.
