摘　　要：基于鲁艺旧址文化园区项目在策划阶段提出保护和利用平衡的策略,场地设计阶段通过视线、轴线、流线设计,还原了历史场景与环境风貌的真实性;建筑设计阶段同时结合鲁艺旧址建筑特征与地域性建筑元素进行设计。以此探讨如何遵循自然环境和历史风貌,通过地域性建筑表达,将旧址保护、利用、发展通过设计有机串联,形成革命旧址设计新模式。In programming phase,a design strategy to balance preservation and utilization is proposed for the Lu Xun Academy of Literature and Art project.In the site design phase,the authenticity of historical scenes and environmental features is restored through sight lines,axis lines,and streamlines.In the architectu ral design stage,it combines the architectural featu res of historic buildings and regional architectu ral elements.This paper discusses how to follow the natural environment and historical features to express regional architecture.The design organically connects preservation,utilization,and development of the site,forming a new model for the design of revolutionary sites.
