摘 要:肝癌是全球最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,由于早期诊断存在一定困难,肝癌早期筛查逐渐受到关注。识别肝癌高危人群是肝癌早期筛查的关键,而建立肝癌高危人群的风险预测模型是实现肝癌早期诊断、治疗的首要环节,但不同模型在不同高危人群中的预测准确率存在差异。因此,肝癌风险分层评估联合影像学技术、血清学标志物、液体活组织检查、代谢组学及糖组学等方法,可早期筛查肝癌高危人群。未来深入研究肝癌相关基因的变异机制、开发个体化筛查方法、强化肝癌早期筛查的宣传与普及、提高社会认知度和接受度,有助于提高肝癌早期诊断的灵敏度和准确率,为肝癌的预防和治疗提供更可靠的科学依据。Liver cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in the world,and due to the difficulties in early diagnosis,early screening of liver cancer has gradually gained attention.Identifying high-risk populations for liver cancer is the key to early screening for liver cancer,and establishing risk prediction models for the high-risk populations is the first step to achieve the early diagnosis and treatment,but the prediction accuracies of different models in different high-risk populations vary.Therefore,risk stratification assessment of liver cancer combined with imaging techniques,serologic markers,liquid biopsy,metabolomics and glycomics can be used to screen high-risk groups of liver cancer at an early stage.In the future,in-depth research on the mutation mechanism of liver cancer-related genes,development of individualized screening methods,strengthening the publicity and popularization of early screening for liver cancer,and increasing the social awareness and acceptance will help to improve the sensitivity and accuracy of early diagnosis of liver cancer,and provide a more reliable scientific basis for the prevention and treatment of liver cancer.
