三仁合剂联合胃痛贴敷方2号治疗脾胃湿热型慢性胃炎的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探究三仁合剂联合胃痛贴敷方2号治疗脾胃湿热型慢性胃炎的临床疗效。方法纳入2023年6月至2024年6月南京市江宁中医院收治的92例脾胃湿热型慢性胃炎患者为研究对象,依据不同治疗方法分为对照组(n=46)和观察组(n=46)。对照组采用常规西药治疗,观察组采用三仁合剂联合胃痛贴敷方2号治疗,两组均持续治疗2周。观察两组患者干预前后中医证候评分、内镜及病理检查评分、临床疗效及住院期间不良反应发生情况。结果治疗2周后,观察组胃痛、烧灼感、胃胀、嗳气、食欲不振、反酸评分均低于对照组[(2.37±0.68)分比(3.54±0.84)分、(2.15±0.42)分比(3.30±0.59)分、(2.13±0.65)分比(3.41±0.83)分、(1.35±0.48)分比(2.93±0.65)分、(2.02±0.71)分比(3.80±0.93)分、(2.35±0.67)分比(3.76±0.71)分](P<0.01)。治疗2周后,观察组胃黏膜和病理分级评分均低于对照组[(1.4±0.6)分比(1.8±0.5)分、(1.3±0.5)分比(1.6±0.5)分](P<0.01)。干预后,观察组总有效率高于对照组[97.83%(45/46)比86.96%(40/46)](χ2=3.866,P=0.049)。治疗期间,两组患者不良反应总发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论三仁合剂联合胃痛贴敷方2号在改善脾胃湿热型慢性胃炎患者的症状、降低胃黏膜病变程度及病理评分方面具有显著优势,同时具有良好的安全性。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Sanren mixture combined with stomachache sticking prescription No.2 in the treatment of spleen-stomach damp-heat type chronic gastritis.Methods A total of 92 patients with spleen-stomach damp-heat type chronic gastritis treated at Nanjing Jiangning Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from Jun.2023 to Jun.2024 were included in the study.The patients were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods:a control group(n=46)and an observation group(n=46).The control group received conventional western medicine treatment,while the observation group received Sanren mixture combined with stomachache sticking prescription No.2,both for two weeks continuously.The traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores,clinical efficacy,endoscopic and pathological scores,and the occurrence of adverse reactions during hospitalization were observed in both groups before and after intervention.Results After two weeks of treatment,the stomachache score,burning sensation,distension,belching,loss of appetite and acid reflux in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group(2.37±0.68 vs 3.54±0.84,2.15±0.42 vs 3.30±0.59,2.13±0.65 vs 3.41±0.83,1.35±0.48 vs 2.93±0.65,2.02±0.71 vs 3.80±0.93,2.35±0.67 vs 3.76±0.71)(P<0.01);the gastric mucosa and pathological grade scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(1.4±0.6 vs 1.8±0.5,1.3±0.5 vs 1.6±0.5)(P<0.01).After intervention,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group[97.83%(45/46)vs 86.96%(40/46)](χ2=3.866,P=0.049).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups during treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion Sanren mixture combined with stomachache sticking prescription No.2 has significant advantages in improving the symptoms of patients with spleen-stomach damp-heat type chronic gastritis,reducing the degree of gastric mucosal lesions and pathological scores,and also de
