数智时代高校精准思政的价值意蕴、现实困境与推进策略

摘　　要：精准思政是新时代加强和改进高校思政工作的新理念和新方法,是在数智技术赋能下开展的精准育人活动。要以精准思维为前提,以精准内容为要求,以精准育人为根本目的,充分认识和把握工具理性和价值理性、技术异化与教育主体、虚拟空间与现实场域之间的相互联系。在实践中,高校应将精准思维融入“大思政”新格局,防范价值风险,构建共享数据治理新范式和虚实边界交互融合的思政育人新生态,统筹推进精准思政落地落实。Precise ideological and political education is a new concept and method for strengthening and improving ideological and political work in colleges and universities in the new era.It is a precision education activity carried out under the empowerment of digital technology.We must take precise thinking as the premise,precise content as the requirement,and precise education as the fundamental goal,fully understand and grasp the interrelationships between instrumental rationality and value rationality,technological alienation and educational subjects,virtual space and real field.In practice,colleges and universities should integrate precise thinking into the new pattern of“big ideological and political education”in colleges and universities,prevent value risks and build a new paradigm of shared data governance,construct a new ecology of ideological and political education with the interaction and integration of virtual and real boundaries,and promote the implementation of precise ideological and political education.
