摘　　要：深入推进产教融合是职业教育改革的主线,也是职业教育突破当前困境的重要途径。随着电商行业的快速发展,如何有效实现高质量人才培养是目前高职院校面临的共同难题。当前,高职电子商务人才培养偏离社会人才需求,毕业生难以胜任企业岗位要求等问题较为突出。剖析高职院校电商专业人才培养现状,挖掘其培养过程中存在的不足,为提升电子商务人才培养质量提出具体的措施。Deepening the integration of industry and education is the main line of vocational education reform,and is also an important way for vocational education to break through the current difficulties.With the rapid development of the e-commerce industry,how to effectively achieve high-quality talent cultivation is a common challenge faced by vocational colleges at present.At present,the cultivation of e-commerce talents in vocational colleges deviates from the demand for social talents,and graduates find it difficult to meet the requirements of enterprise positions.This study analyzes the current situation of talent cultivation in e-commerce major in various vocational colleges,summarizes the shortcomings in the training process,and proposes specific measures to improve the quality of e-commerce talent cultivation.
