摘　　要：在儿童癫痫疾病全周期的管理过程中,为满足癫痫患儿及其家庭的需求,通过建立护理工作室、构建医护合作团队,形成以癫痫患儿为中心及“解决疾病所带来的问题”为核心的疾病全周期管理路径,同时开展护理、教学、科研、人才培养四位一体的工作,提升了专科护理质量,促进了专科护理人才的培养,推动了护理学科建设。In the full-cycle management of pediatric epilepsy,to meet the needs of children with epilepsy and their families,a nursing workshop was established and a medical-nursing cooperation team was formed.A full-cycle management path centered on children with epilepsy and focused on"solving problems caused by the disease"was created.We have carries out the work of nursing,teaching,research,and talent training in a four-pronged manner.This has improved the quality of specialized nursing,promoted the cultivation of specialized nursing talents,and facilitated the construction of nursing disciplines.
