长效发展视域下我国速度滑冰后备人才培养困境与优化策略

摘　　要：速度滑冰是我国冬奥会重点备战项目之一,加强速度滑冰后备人才培养,能为我国在冬奥会赛场上的角逐提供持续动力。基于我国速度滑冰后备人才的整体数量和在国际赛事中的表现,发现当前存在培养理念滞后,缺少共识观点;后备人才断层,培养效率较低;赛事数量较少,主体交流不畅;教练资源稀缺,缺少激励机制等现实困境。相应提出统一训练思想,推动科学培养;增强社会联系,建设人才基地;调动社会力量,强化保障激励;提升执教能力,完善考核机制等优化策略。通过将速度滑冰后备人才培养作为一项系统化工程,以此提高我国速度滑冰项目未来的竞争力和发展潜力,在国际赛场收获更多佳绩。Speed skating is one of the key events for China’s preparation for the Olympic Winter Games.Strengthening the cultivation of reserve talents in speed skating can provide continuous impetus for China’s competition in Olympic Winter Games.Based on the overall quantity of China’s speed skating reserve talents and their performance in international competitions,it is found that there are current practical dilemmas,such as lagging cultivation concepts,lack of consensus views,a break in the supply of reserve talents,low cultivation efficiency,a small number of competitions,poor communication among main bodies,scarce coaching resources,and a lack of incentive mechanisms.Corresponding optimization strategies are proposed,including unifying training ideas to promote scientific cultivation,strengthening social connections to build talent bases,mobilizing social forces to strengthen guarantees and incentives,improving coaching capabilities,and perfecting assessment mechanisms.By regarding the cultivation of reserve talents in speed skating as a systematic project,we can enhance the future competitiveness and development potential of China’s speed skating events,and achieve more excellent results in international competitions.
