摘 要:线控悬架中减振器作为关键执行器,直接影响车辆运动性能及乘坐舒适性。磁流变(MR)减振器响应速度快且能耗低,但可调阻尼比难以精确控制。为了提高磁流变减振器的性能和控制精度,文章针对旁通阀式磁流变减振器,设计一种双盘式磁流变阀,设计最优磁路,并利用ANSYS对其进行磁场分析,分析电流大小、阻尼间隙和线圈匝数对整体压降性能的影响。研究结果表明,磁流变阀的压降性能随电流增大而增加,随阻尼间隙增大而减小,随线圈匝数增大而增加;其中,阻尼间隙的影响最为显著,在电流为2 A,阻尼间隙为1 mm,线圈匝数为200的条件下,压降性能可达到5.2 MPa。In a by-wire suspension system,the damper acts as a crucial actuator,directly influencing vehicle dynamic performance and ride comfort.Magnetorheological(MR)dampers offer rapid response and low energy consumption but face challenges in precisely controlling the adjustable damping ratio.To enhance the performance and control accuracy of MR dampers,this paper focuses on a bypass valve-type MR damper and designs a double-disc MR valve.Numerical studies are conducted on the current magnitude,damping gap,and coil turns.The study results indicate that the pressure drop performance of the MR valve increases with current,decreases with an increase in the damping gap,and increases with an increase in the number of coil turns.Among these factors,the damping gap has the most significant impact.Under conditions of a 2 A current,a 1 mm damping gap,and 200 coil turns,the pressure drop performance can reach 5.2 MPa.
