以“华侨史观”开启中国史观与全球史观的结合——简评梁启超关于华侨华人的研究

摘　　要：梁启超是中国华侨史研究的开创者。其开创意义不仅在于对当下“华侨史”成为中国人文社会学科中“专门史”研究所产生的影响,以及大致奠定了沿用至今的关于华侨华人研究的主要探讨方向和考察视角。更重要的是,他着眼于“中华民族”强盛和中国国力发展而形成的“华侨史观”,即华侨华人的跨国商贸和移民活动是有助于中国参与国际竞争的重要支持力量,不仅启发了通过华侨史溯源反观隋唐以后中国各朝代兴衰的研究思路,即考察中国的对外商贸活动对社会变革的影响,而且对通过华侨史研究将中国史与区域国别史和全球史(世界史),以及与文明史或物质文化史相结合的考察,有着重要的学术探讨意义和研究拓展价值。Liang Qichao was a pioneer in the study of overseas Chinese history.His foundational contributions extend beyond establishing"overseas Chinese history"as a specialized field within Chinese humanities and social sciences,and shaping the main research directions and perspectives for studying overseas Chinese communities that remain relevant today.More importantly,Liang developed a"historical perspective on overseas Chinese"centered on the prosperity of the Chinese nation and the development of China's national power.He emphasized the role of transnational trade and migration activities by overseas Chinese as a crucial support for China's participation in international competition.This perspective not only inspired the research approach of tracing the history of overseas Chinese to reflect on the rise and fall of Chinese dynasties since the Sui and Tang periods,specifically by examining the impact of China's foreign trade activities on social transformations,but also it holds significant academic value and potential for expanding research.This includes exploring the integration of Chinese history with regional and national histories,global(world)history,and the study of civilization or material cultural history through the lens of overseas Chinese history.
