摘　　要：推动高质量发展是“十四五”时期经济社会发展的主题。面对新形势对企业财务管理工作提出的更高要求,大型集团公司立足实际,以战略财务管控体系为抓手,构建长期价值量化测算模型,发挥支撑战略、支持决策、服务业务、创造价值、防控风险作用,全面推进企业高质量发展。Promoting high-quality development is the theme of economic and social development during the 14th Five Year Plan period.In the face of higher requirements for enterprise financial management in the new situation,large group companies based on reality,using strategic financial control systems as a starting point,constructe long-term value quantification models,play a role in supporting strategy,decision-making,serving business,creating value,and preventing risks,and comprehensively promote high-quality development of enterprises.
