摘 要:为研究四川峨眉山高海拔主要建群树种对空气污染的响应情况,比较不同树种对空气污染的敏感程度,结合空气污染监测数据及样方调查结果,以雷洞坪(影响明显)、金顶(影响中等)、千佛顶(影响轻微)3个样地中主要建群树种(冷杉、铁杉、细齿稠李、微毛樱桃、扇叶槭、川西樱桃)为研究对象,测定树木生长状况、叶生理生态性状(总叶绿素含量、细胞膜透性、丙二醛含量、可溶性糖含量、脯氨酸含量、过氧化物酶和超氧化物歧化酶活性)。结果表明,空气污染对植物的生理指标和生长状况均有显著影响,其中冷杉对空气污染最敏感,响应最明显,可用于空气污染监测,而川西樱桃对空气污染物具有较强的抗性,可用于改善环境空气质量,适合在污染地区种植。The objectives of this study were to investigate the responses of the main tree species to air pollution in the high elevation forests,and to compare the degrees of the sensitivity of different tree species to air pollution in Mount Emei of Sichuan Province,China.Sample plots were established in three regions with different degrees of air pollution,including at Leidongping(highly polluted),Jinding(moderately polluted),and Qianfoding(slightly polluted).Combined with the monitoring data of air pollution and surveying results in sample plots,six tree species were taken as the research objects(Abies fabri,Tsuga chinensis,Prunus obtusata,P.clarofolia,Acer flabellatum and P.trichostoma).The growth status and ecophysiological features were measured,including total chlorophyll content,cell membrane permeability,malondialdehyde content,soluble sugar,peroxidase and superoxide dismutase.The results showed that air pollution significant affected on ecophysiological indexes and growth status of the trees.A.fabri was most sensitive to air pollution and can be used as bioindicator for air pollution monitoring,while P.trichostoma had the highest resistance to air pollution and is suitable for planting in polluted areas.
