摘　　要：脐尿管癌临床发病罕见,且以中下段及与膀胱汇合部多见,上段单纯表现为脐肿物者罕见,通常无特征性临床表现,临床极易漏诊误诊。本例患者以发现脐部肿物1周入院,完善腹部彩超及CT平扫示脐部软组织病变,脐肿物组织活检考虑:脐尿管腺癌,择期行脐尿管癌根治术,术后病理检查明确为脐尿管高分化腺癌。Urachal adeno carcinoma is a rare clinical entity,predominantly occurring in the middle and lower seg-ments of the urachus and at the junction with the bladder.Due to its non-specific clinical manifestations,it is highly prone to missed diagnosis or misdiagnosis.The patient was admitted with a one-week history of an umbilical mass.Abdominal ultrasound and CT scan revealed a soft tissue lesion in the umbilical region.Histopathological biopsy confirmed the diagno-sis of urachal adenocarcinoma,and radical urachal carcinoma resection was subsequently performed.Postoperative patho-logical examination identified a well-differentiated urachal adenocarcinoma.
