摘　　要：在线检测中间制品对于制糖行业实时检测中间制品具有重要意义。本研究通过对比分析在线检测中间制品色值与实验室检测结果,旨在评估在线检测系统在制糖生产实践中的可行性与应用效果。研究结果显示,在线检测中间制品色值与实验室检测结果之间具有较高的线性拟合度,且两者之间无显著性差异,从而验证了在线检测系统在检测中间制品方面的可行性和准确性。Online detection of intermediate products is of great significance for real-time detection of intermediate products in the sugar industry.This study aims to evaluate the feasibility and application effectiveness of online detection systems in sugar production practice by comparing and analyzing the color values of intermediate products detected online with laboratory test results.The research results show that there is a high linear fit between the color value of intermediate products detected online and the laboratory detection results,and there is no significant difference between the two,thus verifying the feasibility and accuracy of the online detection system in detecting intermediate products.
