摘　　要：介绍了一种甘蔗糖厂燃料蔗渣储运系统,该系统主要包括短期蔗渣储存间、长期蔗渣堆场,以及连接蔗渣储存间、锅炉间和压榨车间的多条输送带,用于高效输送蔗渣。该系统通过灵活搭配多条输送带,形成循环回路,有效调节压榨车间蔗渣产出与锅炉燃用需求之间的平衡,确保锅炉在不同工况下均能稳定接收并利用蔗渣。A fuel bagasse storage and transportation system for sugar factories is introduced,which mainly includes a short-term bagasse storage room,a long-term bagasse yard,and multiple conveyor belts connecting the bagasse storage room,boiler room,and pressing workshop for efficient transportation of bagasse.The system forms a circulation loop by flexibly matching multiple conveyor belts,effectively regulating the balance between the output of sugarcane bagasse in the pressing workshop and the demand for boiler combustion,ensuring that the boiler can stably receive and utilize sugarcane bagasse under different working conditions.
