高校辅导员与学生关系的优化策略  

Optimization Strategies of the Relationship Between University Counselors and Students

摘  要:通过对山西某高校1311名学生进行问卷调查,从亲密、理解、矛盾、期待四个维度来分析其关系现状。调查结果显示,该校辅导员与学生关系整体呈积极发展趋势。在亲密维度上,男生与辅导员的关系得分显著高于女生;艺体学科学生的得分显著高于其他学科学生;随着年级升高,学生与辅导员的亲密关系呈现逐步加深趋势,其中大三学生与辅导员的关系密切程度整体优于其他年级学生。其他三个维度,学生的性别、学科和年级均不存在显著差异。针对上述差异,基于社会支持理论,建议通过提升情感支持、提供信息支持、构建家校社协同多维度支持网络等策略来优化辅导员与学生的关系。This study conducted a questionnaire survey of 1311 students at a university in Shanxi,analyzing the relationship between counselors and students from four dimensions:closeness,understanding,conflict,and expectations.The results show that the overall relationship between counselors and students at the university is trending positively.In the dimension of closeness,male students scored significantly higher than female students;students in arts and physical education disciplines scored significantly higher than those in other disciplines;and the closeness of the relationship gradually increased with grade level.Among them,third-year students had a closer relationship with their counselors compared to students in other grade levels.No significant differences were found in the other three dimensions regarding students’gender,discipline,or grade level.Based on these findings and supported by social support theory,the study suggests strategies to optimize the counselor-student relationship,such as enhancing emotional support,providing informational support,and establishing a multi-dimensional support network involving collaboration among families,schools,and communities.
