数字化转型下高校师德培训与开发路径优化探究

摘　　要：当前教育的数字化转型,深刻影响着教育发展的各个阶段。高校师德培训作为教师道德素养发展和教师队伍建设的关键环节,更应当把握好数字化发展的战略机遇期。突破当前师德师风培训在理念、内容、形式、效果和考评机制方面存在的问题,建立契合数字化转型的教育发展路线。最终实现以“互联网+”引领师德培训,以数字化助力师德学习,以云媒体搭建学习平台,以大数据进行师德监测,以信息化反馈师德考核的目标,将高校师德师风培训的各个环节纳入数字化管理体系,开辟师德培训的新道路、新局面,不断提升师德建设的科学化、智能化水平。The current digital transformation of education has a profound impact on all stages of education development.As a key link in the development of teachers’moral accomplishment and the construction of teachers’team,college teacher ethics training should grasp the strategic opportunity period of digital development and break through the existing problems in the concept,content,form,effect and evaluation mechanism of the current teacher ethics training.Quickly adapt to the education development route of digital transformation,lead teacher ethics training with“Internet+”,cultivate teacher ethics with digital,build the learning platform with media,monitor teacher ethics with data,feedback teacher ethics assessment with information,integrate all aspects of college teacher ethics training into the digital management system,and create a new road and new situation of teacher ethics training,and constantly strengthen the scientific and intelligent level of teacher ethics construction.
