数字乡村建设对农业绿色发展的影响研究

摘　　要：数字乡村作为一种新型乡村发展模式,为农业绿色发展提供了新契机。基于对2011—2021年我国284个地级市数字乡村建设和农业绿色发展水平的测算,利用熵值法和计量模型实证检验数字乡村建设对农业绿色发展的影响,以及农业能源消耗、农业污染排放和农业生产效率的中介效应。研究表明:数字乡村建设对农业绿色发展具有显著的促进作用,不同地区数字乡村建设对农业绿色发展的影响不同,但东部、中部、西部和东北地区的影响程度没有显著差异;数字乡村建设可通过降低农业能源消耗、减少农业污染排放以及提高农业生产效率促进农业绿色发展。为此,应夯实乡村数字化发展基础,实施差异化数字乡村策略,降低各地区农业能源消耗,减少各地区农业污染排放,提高各地区农业生产效率,实现农业经济高质量发展。As a new rural development model,digital rural construction provides new opportunities for agricultural green development.Based on the measurement of digital rural construction and agricultural green development level in 284 prefecture-level cities in China from 2011 to 2021,the entropy method and econometric model are utilized to empirically test the impact of digital rural construction on agricultural green development,as well as the mediating effects of agricultural energy consumption,agricultural pollution emissions and agricultural production efficiency.The study shows that the digital rural construction has a significant role in promoting the green development of agriculture,and the impact of the digital rural construction on the agriculture green development is different in different regions,but there is no significant difference in the degree of impact in the eastern,central,western and northeastern regions.The digital rural construction can promote the green development of agriculture by reducing agricultural energy consumption,reducing agricultural pollution emissions,and improving the efficiency of agricultural production.In this regard,we should strengthen the foundation of rural digital development,implement the differentiated digital village strategies,reduce agricultural energy consumption and agricultural pollution emissions in each region,and improve agricultural production efficiency in each region to achieve high-quality development of the agricultural economy.
