摘  要:为推进工业绿色发展,引导企业绿色产品设计,以某船舶胎架为研究对象,对其进行轻量化设计。运用UG对胎架进行参数化建模,基于Ansys仿真平台,对胎架进行静力学分析,采用中心复合试验设计方法,以胎架的质量、总变形量、最大等效应力和安全系数为性能指标,胎架上的两种板厚尺寸为设计变量,构建了胎架二阶响应面模型,采用遗传算法对胎架进行多目标求解优化,实现胎架的轻量化设计,并对该方法进行鲁棒性验证。胎架的轻量化设计作为一种绿色产品设计,可以为造船企业在辅助工装设计时提供参考方法和依据。To promote the green development of industry and guide the design of green products for enterprises,a lightweight design was carried out on a ship's jig as the research object.Using UG for parameterized modeling of the jig,based on the Ansys simulation platform,static analysis of the jig was carried out.The center composite experimental design method was adopted,with the mass,total deformation,maximum equivalent stress,and safety factor of the jig as performance indicators,and two types of plate thickness dimensions on the jig as design variables.A second-order response surface model of the jig was constructed,and the genetic algorithm was used for multi-objective optimization of the jig to achieve lightweight design.The robustness of this method was verified.The lightweight design of the jig,as a green product design,can provide reference methods and a basis for shipbuilding enterprises in assisting fixture design.
