基于SPARC计划探讨“经脉-脏腑相关”神经学机制

摘　　要：目前不少针灸领域学者已明确指出SPARC计划或许是中医传统针灸发展过程中必须面临的巨大挑战,现代针灸效应及机制研究参考并借鉴SPARC计划的成果及思路愈发重要。文章整理总结了SPARC计划中与“经脉-脏腑相关”理论相关的各项研究,结合该计划所关注的自主神经传导通路探讨“经脉-脏腑相关”理论的神经学调控机制,提出内脏疾病反映于体表经穴或经脉的过程与交感节后神经元共同参与支配以及背根神经节交感芽生有关,而体表与内脏在感觉传入和自主神经传出之间的投射关系可能是经脉或经穴治疗脏腑疾病的神经解剖学途径,为中医学的现代机制研究和转化创新提供思路。At present,many scholars in the field of acupuncture and moxibustion have clearly pointed out that the SPARC program may pose a significant challenge to the development of traditional Chinese acupuncture and moxibustion.It is increasingly important for modern acupuncture efficacy and mechanism research to refer to and draw on the outcomes and insights from the SPARC program.This paper sorts out and summarizes various studies related to“meridian-viscera correlation”theory in the SPARC program,and the neural regulatory mechanism of“meridian-viscera correlation”theory is discussed in combination with autonomic nerve con⁃duction pathways concerned by SPARC program.It is proposed that the process of visceral diseases reflected in body surface acupoints or meridians is related to the co-participation of sympathetic post⁃ganglionic neurons in innervation and sympathetic sprouting of dorsal root ganglia.The projected relationship between the body surface and the viscera in sensory afferent and autonomic nerve efferent may be the neuroanatomical way of meridians or acupoints to treat viscera diseases,with a prospect of providing insights for the modern mechanism research and transfor⁃mation innovation of traditional Chinese medicine.
