摘　　要：张伟教授创新性提出了“肺生血”理论,认为肺不仅参与血液的生成,亦可直接生成血液。团队前期从肺主气藏津、肺主宣降、肺朝百脉等方面对肺生血进行了探讨,为深入挖掘肺生血的中医内涵,团队进一步利用中医古籍数字化平台梳理其中医源流,分析发现肺生血相关论述最早出现于春秋战国时期的《黄帝内经》,随后各时期相关古籍多从肺主气、气生血等角度不断拓展深化。至明清时期多以肺气生血观阐释,认为肺主一身之气,气旺则血自生;该时期已认识到脾土、心火、肾水对肺血生成的协同作用。其中,脾土为肺血提供物质基础;金为火妻,肺阴合于心火而生血;肾纳气主水生髓,上贯膈入肺,是肺血生成的重要根基。可见肺生血理论相关思想源远流长。提出肺系疾病临证时应多注意肺血虚、肺血瘀,甚至瘀毒,为从血辨证论治肺系疾病提供理论来源与临床指导。Professor ZHANG Wei innovatively puts forward the theory of“Lung generating blood”,which believes that the lung not only participates in the production of blood,but also directly generates blood.The team preliminarily explores lung generating blood in terms of the lung dominating qi and harboring the fluids,the lung dominating the ascending and descending of qi,and the lung governing the convergence of vessels.In order to deeply excavate the connotation of lung generating blood in Chinese medicine,the team further applies the digital platform of ancient Chinese medical books to sort out the origin of lung generating blood in Chinese medicine,and has found that“lung generating blood”related thesis first appeared in The Yellow Emperor’s Canon of Internal Medicine in the Spring and Autumn and Warring States period,subsequently,the relevant ancient books of various periods have been expanded and deepened from the perspectives of the lungs being the main source of qi and qi generating blood.In the Ming and Qing dynasties,the concept of lung qi generatein blood was interpreted,and it was believed that the lung was the master of qi of the whole body,and the blood would be generated when qi was flourishing.The synergistic roles of Spleen-Earth,Heart-Fire,and Kidney-Water in the generation of lung blood were recognized during this period.Among other things,spleen-earth provides the material basis for lung blood;the lung-metal is the wife of heart-fire,lung yin combines with heart fire to generate blood.It is also held that the kidney contains qi,it is responsible for the generation of water and marrow,and passes up through the diaphragm into the lungs,and is the important foundation of the formation of pulmonary blood.It can be seen that the ideas related to the theory of lung generateing blood has a long history,which provides a theoretical source and clinical guidance for the identification and treatment of lung diseases from blood by paying more attention to“lung blood deficiency”,“blood stasis in the l
