小儿牛黄清心散治疗病毒性呼吸道感染的药理机制研究

摘　　要：文章回顾了小儿牛黄清心散治疗病毒性呼吸道感染的临床研究,并对小儿牛黄清心散治疗病毒性呼吸道感染活性成分的药理作用及机制进行综述。此外,通过分子对接和分子动力学模拟分析了小儿牛黄清心散治疗病毒性呼吸道感染的关键成分和作用靶点,发现小儿牛黄清心散中的活性化合物大黄素、小檗碱和胆酸与关键靶点Toll样受体4(TLR4)、视黄酸诱导基因蛋白-(I RIG-I)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、核因子E2相关因子2(Nrf2)、白细胞介素-18(IL-18)和NOD样受体热蛋白结构域蛋白3(NLRP3)之间能稳定结合,为小儿牛黄清心散的药效机制研究提供了理论依据。参考文献52篇。This paper reviews the clinical studies on Xiaoer Niuhuang Qingxin Powder(小儿牛黄清心散)in the treatment of viral respiratory tract infection,and summarizes the pharmacological effects and mechanism of active ingredients of Xiaoer Niuhuang Qingxin Powder in the treatment of viral respiratory tract infection.In addition,the key ingredients and targets of Xiaoer Niuhuang Qingxin Powder in the treatment of viral respiratory tract infection are analyzed by molecular docking and molecular dynamic simulation.It is found that the active compounds emodin,berberine and cholic acid have a stable binding with key targets such as Toll-like receptor 4(TLR4),retinoic acid-inducing gene protein-I(RIG-I),interleukin-6(IL-6),nuclear transcription factor erythroid 2-associated factor 2(Nrf2),interleukin-18(IL-18)and Nod-like receptor heat protein domain Protein 3(NLRP3),which provides a theoretical basis for the study of the pharmacodynamic mechanism of Xiaoer Niuhuang Qingxin Powder.There are 52 references.
