我国女子网球“单飞”模式的回顾、反思与镜鉴启示

摘　　要：运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,对我国女子网球运动员“单飞”历程进行总结和思考,并提出男子运动员在今后职业化发展中应借鉴的经验教训。研究认为:项目特点和发展的必然趋势是促进我国女子网球运动员“单飞”的主要原因;在“单飞”过程中,其主要存在职业化程度和竞技水平较低、各方利益冲突明显、政府行政干预力度过大等困囿。为加快我国网球职业化发展道路的进程,男子网球运动在职业化过程中应该坚持走中国特色职业化网球发展道路:创新改革机制,尝试多元化的运动员培养模式;转变思想观念,为国争光与实现个人价值相呼应;完善法治体系,让运动员“单飞”有法可依、有规可循;构建复合型团队,共同助力职业化发展进程。Using literature review,logical analysis and other methods,this paper summarizes and reflects on the“solo”process of Chinese female tennis players,and proposes the experience and lessons that male athletes should learn from in their future professional development.Research suggests that the characteristics and inevitable trend of the project are the main reasons for promoting Chinese female tennis players to“solo”.In the process of“solo flying”,there are mainly difficulties such as low professionalization and competitive level,obvious conflicts of interest among all parties,and excessive government administrative intervention:In order to accelerate the professionalization of tennis in China,men’s tennis should adhere to the development path of professional tennis with Chinese characteristics,innovate and reform mechanisms,try diversified athlete training models,change ideological concepts,match the glory of the country with the realization of personal values,improve the legal system,and provide athletes with a legal basis and rules to follow in their solo career.They should also build a composite team to jointly support the professionalization process.
