摘　　要：在建成社会主义现代化体育强国目标引领下,推动我国高校冰雪项目高水平运动队的建设。运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、逻辑分析法,基于我国现阶段冰雪项目高水平运动队建设的时代价值、布局样态与发展困境,构建以运动队建设为核心的“体教+”优化建设模式,并提出高校冰雪项目高水平运动队建设优化路径。研究发现,助力体育强国建设、深化体教融合理念、引领校园冰雪文化建设、推动冰雪运动可持续发展是冰雪项目高水平运动队建设的价值体现;招生高校数量不足、冰雪专业人才紧缺、冰雪场馆、器材匮乏、现有资源整合力度不足是影响冰雪项目高水平运动队建设的现实困境;模式构建:“体教+政府”“体教+企业”“体教+俱乐部”和“体教+社会组织”的优化建设模式。优化路径:确立运动队建设新目标,多元化创新办队模式;拓宽人才培训渠道,加强后备人才梯队建设;加大场地设施供给,强化校内外资源有效整合;多渠道拓宽经费来源,加强资源整合与互补。Under the guidance of the goal of building a socialist modern sports power,promote the construction of high-level sports teams for ice and snow events in Chinese universities.Using the methods of literature review,expert interviews,and logical analysis,based on the current era value,layout pattern,and development difficulties of high-level sports teams in ice and snow projects in China,a“sports education+”optimization construction model with sports team construction as the core is constructed,and an optimization path for the construction of high-level sports teams in ice and snow projects in universities is proposed.Research has found that supporting the construction of a sports powerhouse,deepening the concept of integrating sports and education,leading the construction of campus ice and snow culture,and promoting the sustainable development of ice and snow sports are the value manifestations of building high-level sports teams in ice and snow projects.The shortage of enrollment universities,the shortage of ice and snow professionals,the scarcity of ice and snow venues and equipment,and the insufficient cohesion of existing resources are the practical difficulties that affect the construction of high-level ice and snow sports teams.Model construction:optimized construction models of“sports education+government”“sports education+enterprise”“sports education+club”,and“sports education+social organization”.Optimization path:establishing new goals for sports team construction,diversifying and innovating team management models;expanding talent training channels and strengthening the construction of reserve talent pool;increasing the supply of venue facilities and strengthening the effective integration of on campus and off campus resources;expanding funding sources through multiple channels,strengthening resource integration and complementarity.
