摘　　要：心脏黏液瘤导致的脑梗死较为少见。作者报道了2例心脏黏液瘤致脑梗死行机械取栓治疗的患者并对相关文献进行了复习,旨在提高神经科医师对心脏黏液瘤继发神经系统病变的认识,为心脏黏液瘤继发脑梗死诊疗策略的制定提供一定依据。Cerebral infarction caused by cardiac myxoma is relatively rare.The authors reported two cases of cerebral infarction caused by cardiac myxoma treated with intravascular mechanical thrombectomy,aiming to enhance neurologists′understanding of the secondary neurological lesions caused by cardiac myxoma and provide certain basis for the formulation of diagnostic and treatment strategies for cerebral infarction secondary to cardiac myxoma.
