摘　　要：替奈普酶作为第三代静脉溶栓药物,与阿替普酶相比具有半衰期更长、纤维蛋白特异性更高的优点。目前对于替奈普酶治疗急性缺血性卒中的有效性及安全性已经累积了大量临床研究。该文围绕已完成的随机对照研究及相关荟萃分析,从药理特性、有效性、安全性以及当前指南推荐情况等方面对替奈普酶治疗急性缺血性卒中的研究进展进行了综述,旨在为急性缺血性卒中患者选择更为合适的治疗手段提供参考。Tenecteplase is a third-generation thrombolytic drug.Compared with alteplase,it has the advantages of longer half-life and higher fibrin specificity.The effectiveness and safety of tenecteplase in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke have been extensively studied in clinical research.The article summarized the research progress of tenecteplase in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke based on completed randomized controlled studies and related Meta-analyses,and explored the pharmacological characteristics,effectiveness,and safety of tenecteplase,as well as current guideline recommendations,aiming to offer a reference for choosing more appropriate diagnostic and therapeutic methods for patients with acute ischemic stroke.
