摘  要:相较无机材料固化、有机材料固化、机械化学作用等传统重金属修复方法,利用脲解型微生物修复重金属污染土壤更具环境友好性,在稻田土壤污染治理方面展现出了较大的应用潜力。文章基于微生物固化诱导重金属沉淀机理,总结了脲解型微生物在重金属固化领域的应用进展,探讨了传统固化机制的局限性,并在此基础上展望了微生物在重金属污染稻田土壤修复中的潜在应用,以期为进一步探索作物土壤中微生物固化重金属相关领域提供参考。Compared with traditional heavy metal remediation methods such as inorganic material solidification,organic material solidification,mechanochemical action,the use of urea-hydrolyzed microorganisms to repair heavy metal contaminated soil is more environmentally friendly and has great application potential in the treatment of paddy soil pollution.Based on the mechanism of heavy mental precipitation induced by microbial solidification,the paper summarizes the application progress of urea-degrading microorganisms in the field of heavy metal solidification,and discusses the limitations of traditional solidification mechanisms.On this basis,the potential application of microorganisms in heavy metal contaminated paddy soil is prospected,aiming at providing reference for further exploring the related fields of heavy metal solidification by microorganisms in paddy soil.
