摘  要:鸡枞菌(Termitomyces spp.),别名荔枝菌、伞把菇、鸡肉丝菇、鸡肉菌,在南方通常被称作“荔枝菌”,是一种名贵的野生食用菌,营养丰富、味道鲜美。贵州地区的野生鸡枞资源丰富,多样性极高,民间素有采食和销售野生鸡枞菌的传统习惯。在此背景下,文章采集贵州省内各地的鸡枞菌样本36份,提取其DNA进行测序鉴定,并利用MEGA7.0软件建树得到子实体样本种类,以期为研究鸡枞菌的驯化奠定基础。Termitomyces spp.,also known as Litchi fungus,umbrella mushroom,chicken silk mushroom and chicken meat fungus,is a kind of rare wild edible fungus in the south,which is rich in nutrients and has a delicious taste.The Wild Termitomyces albuminosus resources in Guizhou province are abundant and highly diverse,and the folk people have the traditional habit of eating and selling wild Termitomyces albuminosus.In this paper,36 samples of Termitomyces albuminosus from different areas of Guizhou province are collected,which DNA is extracted and sequenced,and the species of fruiting bodies are obtained by using Mega7.0,in order to lay a foundation for further study on the domestication of Termitomyces albuminosus.
