摘 要:为探究社会支持、职业认同对中小学体育教师工作满意度的作用机制,运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法、数理统计法等方法对保定市抽取的493名教师调查与分析,结果发现:(1)社会支持、职业认同与工作满意度之间存在两两正相关;(2)未婚(P<0.05)与城镇(P<0.01)中小学体育教师的工作满意度程度更高;而有无编制、教龄年限与中小学体育教师工作满意度之间无显著性。(3)社会支持→工作满意度的模型结果显著性路径系数为0.68,职业认同→工作满意度的模型结果显著性路径系数为0.47,正向预测被证实。因此,可以通过构建以政府、社会、学校与家庭等多位一体的支持模式来提高体育教师的工作满意度,同时,开展职业认同教育、改革与完善教师培训体系、强化教师自身的职业价值认知等途径来加强中小学体育教师的发展,进而提升其工作满意度。In order to explore the mechanism of social support and professional identity on the job satisfaction of primary and secondary school physical education teachers,this paper investigates and analyzes 493 teachers in baoding city by using the methods of literature,logic,analysis and mathematical statistics.The results show that:(1)there is a positive correlation between social support and professional identity and job satisfaction;(2)Unmarried(P<0.05)and urban(P<0.01)primary and secondary school PHYSICAL education teachers job satisfaction degree is higher;(3)The significant path coefficient of the model results of social support job satisfaction is 0.68,and the significant path coefficient of the model results of professional identity job satisfaction is 0.47.Positive prediction has been confirmed.Therefore,the government society can be constructed At the same time,carry out professional identity education reform and improve the teacher training system to strengthen the understanding of their own professional value and other ways to strengthen the development of primary and secondary school PHYSICAL education teachers,and then improve their job satisfaction.
