摘　　要：本文通过梳理1994年以后儿童馆员专业角色的阶段性发展特征,通过问卷调查和访谈法证实儿童馆员的专业角色发展现状,结合公共图书馆儿童服务发展与社会需求,分析儿童馆员的专业角色发展进路。The study summarizes the characteristics of professional role development for children librarians in public libraries from 1994 and proves the professional current situation of children librarians by means of interviews and questionnaires.Then,the paper points out the professional development approaches for children librarians combining the service development and social needs.
