iRoot BP Plus和MTA在年轻恒牙牙髓血运重建术中封闭根管上段的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨年轻恒牙牙髓血运重建术中iRoot BP Plus和矿物三氧化物凝聚体(MTA)两种不同材料用于封闭根管上段的临床效果。方法:纳入2019年6月-2021年6月笔者医院收治的96例(共96颗患牙)拟行牙髓血运重建术治疗的年轻恒牙根尖周炎患者为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为两组,每组48例(48颗患牙)。两组牙髓血运重建术中分别采用iRoot BP Plus和MTA封闭根管上段。所有患者均于术后随访6个月,观察患牙恢复情况。比较两组疗效,观察两组治疗前后牙根管壁厚度及牙根长度变化,比较两组治疗后6个月咀嚼效率。结果:iRoot BP Plus组治疗总有效率为93.75%,MTA组治疗总有效率为87.50%,两组总有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组治疗后牙根管壁厚度及牙根长度均显著高于治疗前(P<0.05);iRoot BP Plus组治疗后牙根管壁厚度及牙根长度均显著高于MTA组(P<0.05)。iRoot BP Plus组治疗后咀嚼效率显著高于MTA组(P<0.05)。结论:MTA、iRoot BP Plus两种材料用于年轻恒牙牙髓血运重建术中治疗效果相当,而iRoot BP Plus较MTA更有利于牙根生长。Objective To study the clinical effect of iRoot BP Plus and mineral trioxide aggregate (MTA) on occlusive upper segment of root canal in young permanent tooth pulp revasectomy.Methods 96 cases (96 teeth) of young permanent teeth with pulp necrosis or periapical periodontitis who were treated in the hospital from June 2019 to June 2021 were included as the research objects.They were randomly divided into two groups with 48 cases (48 teeth) in each group.The upper segment of root canal was sealed with iroot BP Plus and MTA during pulp revascularization in the two groups.All patients were followed up for 6 months to observe the recovery of affected teeth.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared,the changes of root canal wall thickness and root length before and after treatment were observed,and the masticatory efficiency of the two groups was compared after 6 months of treatment.Results The total effective rate of iroot BP plus group was 93.75% and that of MTA group was 87.50%.There was no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05).The root canal wall thickness and root length of the two groups after treatment were significantly higher than those before treatment (P<0.05).The root canal wall thickness and root length in iroot BP plus group were significantly higher than those in MTA group (P<0.05).The masticatory efficiency of iRoot BP Plus group was significantly higher than that of MTA group (P<0.05).Conclusion MTA and iRoot BP Plus have the same therapeutic effect in the treatment of young permanent teeth pulp revasectomy,and iRoot BP Plus is more beneficial to root growth than MTA.
